RETURN & EXCHANGE - Simple & Easy  

We would like to be your preferred partner for smart device accessories and repairs by delivering the best advice, service and convenience - at competitive prices. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, let us help you with an exchange, refund or other service.

You can return the product(s) within 7 days of you receiving the product for an exchange or a full refund. Simply email us your order details (order number, date of purchase, and receipt of goods) and return your item(s) to us with all contents and packaging, tax invoice or proof of purchase, and we will process your exchange or refund.

› Returning Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it to the postal address below.

› Custom Orders

Customised and personalised orders made specifically for you are non-returnable. These are items where a customer has requested specific attributes (e.g. finish, colour, size) or where a manufacturer builds only to order.

› Returns with Missing Packaging or Accessories

If you do not have all the original packaging or accessories, that's okay too. We can process a return with a small deduction on your refund for what is missing.

› Online Pricing

Pricing online may differ to prices in Happytel's physical stores. Products and prices are exclusive to online purchases and do not need to be honoured in store. For further enquiries on pricing in stores please contact us or call ahead.

› Sale Items and Nonreturnable Items

All Sale merchandise cannot be returned.

Payment Methods

1. Which credit cards can I use to pay for my order?

Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.  

2. Can I pay with Paypal?

Yes, please select the Paypal option when checking out and follow the prompts.

3. Can I pay via bank transfer?

Yes, please select the ‘bank deposit’ option when checking out.

Please write down the bank deposit details so that you can make the transfer when convenient.

Please ensure to put the order number as the reference number to the bank transfer.

4. Can I pay via money order or Bpay?

Unfortunately at this point in time we are only able to the above mentioned payments only.

5. Can I order over the phone?

Unfortunately we do not provide the option for phone orders. This is to ensure the security and efficiency of all transactions.



For purchases under $50, there is a flat shipping fee of only $5. Over $50 purchase = free shipping.

Delivery times are as per below, given the order is processed in a timely manner and product in stock.

Deliveries can be tracked through Auspost link provided to customer through email when they are updated about status of order.
